1) MODALITIES

There are two modalities of Communications during the Meeting: Oral Communications or Poster communications.


2) DURATION/SIZE

Plenary communications: 45 minutes and 15 additional minutes for discussion.
Oral communications:15 minutes and 5 additional minutes for discussion.
The organization will have the media needed for presenting the oral communications. It is recommended using Microsoft PowerPoint and a copy of the file should be deliver to the organization before the corresponding session.
Posters will have a size of 1.20m height x 0.90m width.
The organization will have the necessary technical means for their exposition.
It is also recalled that the official languages of the conference are Spanish and English. The organization points out that, in attention to non Spanish-speakers, the preferred language for both oral and poster communications would be English or that at least slices would be written in that language.
