ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

 

Abstract submission deadline is February 15th 2018.

Oral contributions

The time allocated for oral contributions is 15 minutes including a discussion of 3 minutes.

Poster contributions

The format of the poster contributions is 1m (width) x 1.6 m (height). The conference will hold a poster session and a poster competition with a first and second prize awarded with a 250 Euros check and 150 Euros check, respectively.

Abstracts format

Please, strictly follow the abstract template instructions for both poster and oral abstract submissions. You can find the template at the bottom of this page, to be submitted along with the next form. Fields marked as (*) are mandatory.

The abstract should be submitted in .doc or .docx extension. WE WON'T ACCEPT .PDF EXTENSIONS, since we can't modify the format in case of error. The maximum length for the abstract would be 1 page, including up to two figures and references.
