On-site registration is also available at extended fees.

FORM OF CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION

The paid fee can be transferred to another participant.

Partial reimbursements are accepted on the following basis:

Cancellations before August 1st, 75% of the fee will be reimbursed.

Cancellations after August 1st , 50% of the fee will be reimbursed.

Cancellations after September 1st, 25% of the fee will be reimbursed.

Hotel cancellation policy (normal rate): Cancellations must be notified in writing to belen.pascual@evento.es

-Cancellations received before the 15/08/2016: Total refund minus an administration chagre of 20% of the total of the stay.

-Cancellations received after 15/08/2016: no refunds available.
