Welcome reception (June 24, Sunday evening)
The welcome reception will be held at the hall of the conference venue from 18:00 to 20:00.

Conference excursions (June 27, Wednesday afternoon)
The conference excursion will take place on Wednesday afternoon. Shuttle busses will leave from the front door of the conference venue. There are three options to choose from:
OPTION A – THE “PLAYFUL” ONE
Winery and Peñafiel castle.
The excursion will include a tour through the town of Peñafiel, including the impressive castle that recently has been restored to accommodate the Wine Museum. We will also visit a winery located in the heart of the “Ribera del Duero” region, where one of the most worldwide famous Spanish red wines are produced. Of course, we will have a wine testing!
OPTION B – THE “CULTURAL” ONE
Visit to Tordesillas and Medina del Campo.
Tordesillas and Medina del Campo are two towns very close to Valladolid, which preserve the charm of their medieval origin. The visit will include a walking tour through both towns, to discover their monuments and historical sites: the monastery of Santa Clara, the roman bridge, the castle of “La Mota”, etc.
OPTION C – THE “SPORT” ONE
Canoe rowing.
We will be rowing very stable canoes from Peñafiel to Pesquera through the Duero river. It is not necessary to know how to row for enjoying the route. You just need some comfortable clothing and the will of getting wet! Places limited.
Banquet dinner (June 28, Thursday night)
The banquet dinner of the conference will be held at the hotel Palacio de Santa Ana, which was a monastery in the XVIII century.
The organization provides the transportation between the conference venue and the restaurant. There will be shuttle buses leaving from the front door of the conference venue.
