3.- * En caso de solicitar la cuota como asociado de ASPREH o como estudiante deberá justificar tal condición enviando un documento que lo acredite.

4.- ** Si eres ponente con trabajos aceptados enviar el número de comunicación aceptada.

5.- *** Día 1 de junio de 2010. Fecha límite para ponentes con trabajos aceptados y estudiantes diplomatura/grado/licenciatura matriculados en último curso y estudiantes de tercer ciclo.

GASTOS DE CANCELACIÓN

- Antes del 20 de septiembre de 2010 los inscritos tienen derecho a la devolución total menos un 20% en concepto de gastos de administración.
- En las cancelaciones posteriores al 21 de septiembre de 2010 perderá el derecho a la devolución de las cuotas de inscripción.

Normas de reserva: Adjunte justificante de pago (copia sellada por el banco, si elige la forma de transferencia). No se considerará confirmada ninguna reserva que no vaya acompañada del pago correspondiente. El envío del pago no supone la confirmación de la reserva. La reserva se dará por confirmada en el momento de recibir el Congresista la correspondiente carta de confirmación, quedeberá utilizar como bono de presentación a su llegada al hotel.
Notas generales: Precios por habitación y noche, desayuno e IVA incluidos. Las reservas se atenderán por orden de recepción. En caso de no disponer de habitaciones en el hotel solicitado, se confirmará en el hotel disponible de características similares. Toda solicitud implica la aceptación de estas condiciones.

GASTOS DE CANCELACIÓN DEL HOTEL

•  Cancelaciones de alojamiento: Todas las cancelaciones deberán ser por escrito.
-  Reservas de alojamiento que se beneficien de la tarifa reducida: las cancelaciones recibidas antes del 25 de mayo de 2010, tendrán derecho a la devolución del importe abonado excepto el 20% en concepto de gastos administrativos. Las cancelaciones recibidas a partir del 26 de mayo de 2010 no tendrán derecho a devolución.
-  Reservas de alojamiento con tarifa normal: Las cancelaciones recibidas antes del 20 de septiembre de 2010 darán derecho al importe abonado excepto el 20% en concepto de gastos administrativos. Las devoluciones se realizarán después del Congreso. Las cancelaciones recibidas a partir del 21 de septiembre de 2010 no tendrán derecho a devolución.

De acuerdo con lo establecido en la regulación LO 15/99 referente a la protección de datos personales, les informamos que la información facilitada será incorporada a una base de datos bajo la responsabilidad de Evento. Dicha información sólo será utilizada para promoción y otras actividades relacionadas con el Congreso. Rellenando este formulario autoriza a Evento Organización de Servicios Plenos S.L. a usar sus datos personales. Está en su derecho de modificar o cancelar sus datos. Si este es el caso, debe remitir un escrito a nuestras oficinas.

FORM OF PAYMENT OF THE REGISTRATION FEE

3.- * In case you request the fee as an associate of ASPREH or a student, you have to send us a document which confirms that you are a member/student.

4.- ** If you are a speaker with accepted work, send us the number of the accepted communication.

5.- *** June 1st, 2010 is the deadline for speakers with accepted works, for students with diploma/graduation/state examination who are matriculated in the last course, and for students of the third degree course.

CANCELLATION COSTS

- Before September 20th, 2010 the registrated person has the right to a total reimbursement, with 20% of administration costs.
- For cancellations later than September 21st, 2010 there is no possibility of a reimbursement of the registration fee.

FORM OF PAYMENT HOTEL AND OTHER SERVICES

1.- Using bank transer or paying in / must be issued to Tour & Tour with following bank account:

2.-  Using check / The check must be issued to Tour & Tour. Send the check and registration form to the official housing agency of the congress.

Form of reservation: Please attach to this form the document of payment (By using transfer or paying in please attach a copy of the transfer document stamped by the bank). The reservation is booked, if the attendent receive the booking confirmation with the voucher. This voucher has to be demonstrated in the selected hotel in order to receive the planned services.
General notes:  The price per room and night included tax and continental breakfast. The reservation will be deliver by the reception of the  hotel. If the the room is not available in the provided hotel, they will organize another arrangement in an comparable hotel with the same conditions.

FORM OF CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION AND HOTELRESERVATION

•  Cancellation of accommodation: All cancellations must be in writing.
- Booking of accommodation benefiting from the reduced rate: Cancellations received before 25 May 2010, shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid except the 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 26, 2010 are not entitled to a refund.
- Booking of accommodation with full rate: Cancellations received before September 20, 2010 will entitle the amount paid except the 20% administrative fee. The refunds will be processed after the Congress. Cancellations received after September 21, 2010 are not entitled to a refund.
